How can I help?
Services
As a nutritionist, I provide a holistic approach to health by looking at more than just what foods you eat. Together, we will look at the quality of food, quantity, how you eat, when you eat, how your body absorbs nutrients, and how your body is functioning with those foods. It’s important to consider all these factors when trying to support your optimal health! In addition to this, nutritionists can also use functional testing to help gain a better understanding of your body and how to best nutritionally support it. This may include some of the following common functional tests:
Comprehensive stool testing - microbiome diversity and abundance, parasites, pathogens, viruses, fungi/yeast, and markers of intestinal health.
SIBO testing - to investigate Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth which may present as common gastrointestinal complaints
Hormonal investigations - used to investigate sex hormone metabolites, cortisol markers, and neurotransmitter metabolites.
These are just a few of the many available!
*Please note that functional testing costs are not covered within the consultation fee. Testing costs can range between $299-$675 depending on the test.
I’m here to support you Mumma.
In 2023, I became a mum to my beautiful daughter! Naturally, as I’ve travelled through pregnancy and early motherhood, my interest in prenatal, postnatal and childhood nutrition has blossomed. If you’re interested in preconception nutrition, how to support your body through pregnancy and postpartum, or need help navigating food introduction with your Bub, please get in touch!

It’s through a comprehensive consultation process, the use of functional testing (where approriate), and keeping up to date with relevant research, that a clinical nutritionist can assist with many areas of health, including:
Gastrointestinal health (food allergies/intolerances, SIBO, IBS, reflux, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea)
Hormonal health (PCOS, PMS, acne)
Mental health (anxiety, depression)
Immune system support
Optimising health for sports performance
Personally, I have experience working with gastrointestinal health, stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, hormonal health, poor immunity, Coeliac disease, gluten sensitivity, skin concerns (such as eczema & psoriasis), sports nutrition, supporting the neurodiverse, as well as preconception & prenatal care.

“I’ve been at that point myself, where you’re just sick and tired of being sick and tired. That’s what started my journey into clinical nutrition. ”
